Tests according to the new European EMC Directive - immediately available in the IMST Test Center!
The amendment of the European EMC Directive on electromagnetic compatibility for residential. commercial and light-industrial environments (DIN EN 61000-6-1), industrial environments (DIN EN 61000-6-2), as well as for construction machinery and railway applications (DIN EN 50121-3-2), stipulates and interference immunity factor of up to 6 GHz in the future.
To cover the extended range, the IMST GmbH Test Center has been upgraded with a new 100W single-band power amplifier. The single-band option enables frequency ranges of 1-6 GHz to be covered and a realistic testing environment through the overlapping of different interferences sources. In addition to these advantages, the new equipment also allows shorter testing times, resulting in cost savings that can be passed to the customer.
