These 'long lines' have been realized to determine the losses of different coplanar line configuration. Note, that the S-matrix is always normalized to 50W. The circuit has to be simulated with the elements C_OPEN as a termination of C_LIN, because the calibration was made on a substrate with abrupt ending coplanar lines. An other enhancement of the calculated results can be achieved, when we take an offset of the probe tips position to the desired ports into account.
