Example Downloads

COPLAN for ADS is a coplanar design library within Keysight ADS. It  is therefore  necessary that ADS is already installed. Bevore running the examples, please install COPLAN.

At the present, COPLAN examples are available for the platforms: Windows XP/7 and Linux RHEL. Please download the examples for your platform and ADS version and note the installation procedure.

Installation Notes

• Login as superuser and check if the environment variable $EESOF_DIR is properly set to your SeriesIV Installation directory.
• Copy/move the (downloaded) COPLAN example Package into this $EESOF_DIR directory.

  or   cp Package $EESOF_DIR mv Package $EESOF_DIR

• Check and set the existence and the write permissions to the following directory:

  $EESOF_DIR/examples

  Note ! The existing installation behind these directory won't be destroyed while the following installation phase.

• Uncompress the COPLAN example Package:

  uncompress Package

• Untar the file:

  tar xvf Package

• A new directory "coplan_v2310_prj will be created in $EESOF_DIR/examples. Change to this directory, run Libra and load the desired example.
